Bookings & Payment
Now that you have viewed our website, you may either request a booking straight away, via email or phone, or you may request an initial meeting. To confirm your booking, you will be sent two copies of our Wedding Confirmation & Contract form, one of which is for you to keep and the other to be signed and dated and returned to us, together with your deposit, which will be 25% of the total coverage cost for our Hourly rate photography and £250 for each of the packages. The balance of your payment must then be made no later than 60 days prior to the date of your wedding, unless otherwise agreed. As the date of your wedding approaches, your wedding venues will be visited and meetings arranged as required.

Out Of Area Expenses
Weddings that are to take place in excess of 50 miles from Ipswich in Suffolk, will incur out of area expenses at the rate of £100 for every 50 miles. Any out of area expenses to be added to the cost of your wedding photography will form part of your deposit. Weddings to be taken outside the UK P.O.A
